This unique natural coffee from Fazenda Cetec has been fermented in sugarcane juice for 72 hours under controlled temperatures resulting in a delicious and exclusive cup profile. Fazenda Cetec was established by brothers Marcio Custodio and Izonel Junior as the realisation of a childhood dream and is now run by Marcio and his nephew Heitor Botelho. The farmers are dedicated to preserving the environment by caring for it’s springs and forests and managing the careful use of water in the farms processes.
This is a vibrant and boozy coffee with flavours of Port wine, plums and a brown sugar sweetness.
