Ethiopian Coffee is known for it's diversity of flavour between micro-regions. Kochere coffees have strong tea-like characteristics with citrus and stone fruit flavours. The Boji washing station is in the Kochere district within Yirgacheffe. The coffee is depulped and washed using spring water within 12 hours of delivery.
This coffee is like a Darjeeling tea with floral notes, flavours of lemon and a smooth caramel mouthfeel.
